Should I get a 2-room BTO or should I buy a resale or should I buy over my parents' house ?

I like own space .. when I tried to buy resale prices hiked like mt Everest so I made do w bto mybfd

My parents hse they ownself can rent or live more at ease without me this big log 🪵 occupying their free space... so this is my take

I think if u wanna buy a flat as a single, best is to get at least a 3-room one..

I find the BTO 2-room too small liao..
