Should I get a 2-room BTO or should I buy a resale or should I buy over my parents' house ?

I plan to get 2 rm bto.  Resale is too expensive don't stress ourselves being a housing slave

chiu can rent out to atb/jhb syt one bed room and bbfa churself in the otehr bedroom

best gotch 2 toilet, one in bedroom one outsai and chiu can rent out the room with toilet for them for moar cash

not easy but can be done..

first need to get the correct visa for where he want to go
then leaving need $$$ to survive
to get $$$ need income / jod.
if looking for jod in sg is difficult.. then will looking for jod overseas be easier?


oso new environment setup need $$$ as well.
some ppl gotch parent help, some dun have.

every one is different circumstances,  many things to condsider

if he goes. good luck and hope he suceed.
if he stays it's ok as well. sg is not so bad after all.
