got 2 value shops within 50m and got multiple old school shops

so sad:
the old school shop that sell sinkies old school tidbits close down liao.
The Chinese restaurant (or Thai can't rmbr also close down as above)
the Thai eatery beside choc origin also close down. changed to above jap chill out bar
really got the jap feel in secluded area
if open in malls really no feeling. maybe come here drink sake with a chiobu on a rainy night

tampines mall got stuff D last time i always go when no ppl. now all the outlets suddenly long queue no matter which outlet i go . dunno what happen all the ppl suddenly discover it. there was a long time i enjoyed buying without ppl
