u know got 1 spectacle shop near the very old dentist place also? near ntuc........ near the dunno what my first skool or sth

that one also closed down leh. now i dunno go whr fix/make new specs

some of these shops is owner pass away liao, some is simply sell and cash in while many just looking for rental yield... my place here also alot, u know how much these greedy fuckers asking for a month? $6k
