i was reading this case. the lawyer is like damn fucking noob leh.

things that many of us more savvy online/IT/Law etc already know about this jurisdiction

what in the fucking mind was he thinking actually? retarded or noob? he should have laid down the options for the family?

now instead of him at least staying a few yrs or a decade for the crime they are letting him go scot free instead

need to check the lawyer to see who is he/she and why advise such things machiam basic judiciary rights law also dont know

and if the crime happened in Spain, it must be up to Spain to share the details on the findings

Basically to Spain, hes not their citizen. Victim also not their citizen and did not implicate others. So natural they want the person out of the country instead of being incarcerated there and use their tax payers money

not every country is like SG so nice to foreigners one
