The main problem is introvension..

For Everything else , other ppl also might hv / not,

 1) but they got go to places where available females can see n find them..

2) the gender setup is that males have to be the initiator of any romantic relationship..
If boy don't initiate, if female initiates.. most of the time it's non romantic basis rs eg she find a salesman or a repairman or coach or doc or legal counsel kinda thing

.. 8899 high chance that rs won't materialize cos if the guy don't like her she do what also won't change his mind..it's not anyth but just not the way guys r wired ..
Whereas for women.. being a fickle minded kind women might chg their mind if they find the guy funny or kind or good character
