looks like accident happen when they drive the crane with its raised boom up onto the trailer. Cg become higher.

Very often see those road digger do this stunt on the road when they transporting back onto trailer.
 
Never block the roads beside the transporter all think sibeh safes.
1 pax drive 10 banga stand there watch instead of cordoning off the road.

Knn even fucking cars motorbike go n stop beside it.

I see this type of transportation in progress, I always steer clear 100m.
