Is SIM UOL degree ok to get a good job?

My elder son's second year poly GPA only 2.77, cannot get into NUS/NTU/SMU.

So was researching on what are his uni options.

I called SIM and the lady say GPA above 2.0 can apply so I am hopeful that he can get into SIM UOL Finance degree with honours, or accounting and finance or economics and finance.

Do you know if that is a good choice?

If not, can try SUSS Banking and Finance.

He doesn't like accounting. So either Finance (prev known as Banking and Finance) or Economics and Finance.

He hopes to work in a bank in future.

He is entering his third and final year in polytechnic, hope he does better.

No need sell terrace lah, my mum who gave me her DBS and SGX shares worth about S$145k has helped me with my kids' uni fees.

SIM UOL Finance degree costs about S$40k now, dunno about 3 years later. Hopefully less than S$50k still.

Cannot siam NS lah, no major prob. But CMPB referred him to see Dermatologist as he complained his face gets very red under the sun.
