Landed will be out of BKK in a seaside area. With my budget. Got to wait.
One agent tried to sell terrace house in CBD BKK B$100 million..Moi think overpriced.

Yes. Moi just came back 2 weeks during CNY period.
Moi has a MM in BKK. Just testing. Now Looking for a bigger unit in BKK & then sell the MM.
Also looking at landed gated resort out of BKK.
Found one (not ideal location) offered but owner didn't take. If owner has taken moi offer. Now will have landed 3+3annex rooms (for friends or rental) with garden.
