How to remove "yellowish stain" on shirts ??

My white and blue formal shirts all kena the "yellowish stain" after keeping for too long in wardrobe.

I don't wanna wash the entire shirt, just target the "yellowish" part will do.

Rub soap or washing powder will do ?

Add blue color become green
Add black to green become orh ceh
Lastly rub ointment will heal to natural color

Bleach will damage the fabric iirc. Maybe use baking soda or vinegar instead

I have tried the baking soda method and white vinegar method

both failed

the shirts i never wear never touch for almost 2 years, not sure if the yellow stains are too tough to remove already ?
