My $7.77 ZYM Mobile data 5G speed is faster than my house M1 500Mbps Wifi speed

My $7.77 ZYM Mobile data 5G speed is faster than my house $30.50 M1 500Mbps Wifi speed. M1 wifi is under my older sister name. My $7.77 ZYM Mobile Data 5g speed is range between more than 500 Mbps to more than 900 Mbps nearly 1000 Mbps inside my house. While my M1 500 Mbps plan wifi is mostly between 200 Mbps to 300+ Mbps inside my house and a lot of times the wifi speed goes below 200 Mbps even goes down to 150 Mbps rarely hit above 400 Mbps. I test my house wifi speed with all other devices disconnected. Sadly say my $7.77 ZYM Mobile data 5g speed is a lot faster than my house wifi speed, I even managed to hit 2168 Mbps ZYM 5g speed when I visit Yishun shopping mall last week.
