I know of a guy who heck care about ns since he already MR and has 2 dotters no son. Also, he's working in a ceca coy so he's happy with ceca agreement

1. Family with daughters and no sons
2. Businessmen
3. Landlords
4. SG Families who strike bto lottery looking to sell their flat to a PR family.
5. People who have migrated out of SG and didn't do well after migration.
6. Wealthy families with generational wealth
