im just going to send my dad back later in early afternoon or sth. maybe earlier. quite sian to have to do things

then come back sleep. hope in time to wake up to go for a walk/run. but feel like sleeping now before sending him back, but if so, i need to prep lunch zz

but still got work to do... not sure if can wait till tmr
