No need if condo or gated landed. Only allow 49% foreigner. Moi going for retirement visa (above 50s) & think need just have S$32,000 in their bank. Renew yearly.
If they go discount in their Elite Visa, buy the gold membership maybe $100k for 5 yrs? Hv diamond visa....

Just if China come invade us, got a place to run. Not refugees....
