I only remember that Dec 2016 was a very warm month. Hardly rain at all. And there wasn't any rain on Jan-mid Mar 2014.

I only vaguely rmb the haze in 2013/2014? That year was especially bad since ppl were rushing to buy air purifier and masks

coz that yr a sinkie indian friend went overseas for studies then i was working at a very odd start up.

and 2012 that yr many people say end of days mah (world will end etc)

i rem i went to backlane (it was near chinatown) to call him to wish him all the best for studies. then it was bloody hot.

then i rem i told my ang mor (australian boss) that 2012 people said world would end and told him he nv see those astrologers then he gave me wtf look. lol

coz that yr was working at a company in ubi then i rem when go home, the visibility also like 10m only even at 10 storeys

everyone rushed to get air purifiers and mask.......... a lot out of stock. then i think some work activities were stopped. not sure if school also got stop or not

Work and school continue as usual. Gov quiet as a mouse on air purifier, masks and work/school orders. They were clueless and helpless

Subsequent years then they become a little more pro active, giving updates on the situation. Maybe that's the time they become monitor lizards too

ya but PE i think no continue right?

i think got 1 day off or no. but the situation was damn bad. i think probably worse than mumbai. more like desert storm like that

Was in Bukit Merah in the evening.  One day only but I remember cos 21 Dec . No rain in 21 Dec 2012?
