Not talking about hawker for this post. U all know wet market got those 杂货店. Out of curiosity my Mum went to ask one shop that sells many dried goods (like walnuts and dried shrimps etc) on their monthly rental. The auntie said $100+. However the auntie also says cannot do any longer she wants to retire soon.
