i think me slightly better than my dad but purchasing power now like shit become somewhat same or worse

i think my dad pay was 2k+

he now demented, everytime ask him he gave me diff answers. but i suppose is 2.5k or less

Parents time can easily buyed bto flat multiple times. Moi cannot even afford resale
