Cheap home bb for my dad?

Think simba got senior plan.... Iirc $5 or $10 monthly

Yesterday I just read an article of a guy who is staying alone and he cancelled his home broadband and is totally dependent on his mobile data plan instead. Works for him

I tried using his simba line as hotspot to connect the blackbox but   cld not work. I think maybe the connection not strong.

got the special lao lang plans by singtel and other providers leh. i think is govt initiative
