Yindu frens told me 10am -4 pm stay indoors .. near fan
Or in ac
Or under a shady tree
Or under a forest canopy

All activities put as 6-9 am or 5-11 pm

Bring a set of spare clothing to change at 2/3 time if too heaty

Bring wet wipes if hiking

Bring wet tissue that has cooling compounds (I thk only Japan hv )
I don't know what they r called


Make a necklace out of cotton bits and soak in water and wear as necklace if outdoors

Join outdoors water activities (thk song khran in Thailand Myanmar kinda mindset )

Drink more water and herbal tea and green bean soup eat more greens

buy a drink and go under the shade on the beach, drink and see the sea, listen to waves... shiok af

I stay east also rarely go airport but it's worth a visit now just to look see. T2 renovation is done with the giant waterfall screen else go wlk ard window shop. There is always something new at airport
