Moi previous MNC CFO Jin Sia suay trying to claim credit wif kicking senior staff out of local plant without retrenchment benefit. Want to send moi to be executor & become common enemy nvr mind but no place back for moi after his pwn own sinkies mentality. Moi jitao throw letter.
Moi see HQ having budget for bill for entertainment own ppl thousands of dollar per night, then local plant cut workers, cut budget. Join sme more chin chat & better. It's the person in charge more important, not MNC or sme. Some top ppl petty & evil.

So moi now bring MNC mentality/characteristics & try to put really good practices of MNCs in SME & hv good & happy people inside.
