Many thg no budget u get to serve everyone and almost in charge of everything. You learn a lot of stuff but literally 9999 variety of exposure but good at nothing

Got some valuable thing to learn fr learned around u .. get to watch 999 politics n recognise who r fairies, evil char and who r bees , who r worms and parasites

yup. this kind is what i called MNC with localized mgmt.

no different from those SME de.

i kena before too. pretty toxic inside also rly can fight with the cui SME i joined last time.

i think join this kind of MNC is more suay than join a local SME.

i think they rebranded to totally under Allianz... heard they moved office maybe now perks better

previously it's probably the worst place i worked for in place of politics and "benefits"

Doesnt mean sme = bad and mnc = good.

I once went to a startup but they were run by 2 v smart oz angmors.

Perks quite damn good. Think pay also ok on par like 16 minimum. Not good but ok.

Lots of great snacks and other perks. Bday leave, beer fridays, free lunch now and then.

The worst place i worked for is the allianz global assistance... which now rebranded.

Mnc but just one of the smallesy subsidiaries.

Then the tiong mnc i worked for daobi but their perks are better than allianz. Still couldnt get used to it tbh. Sometimes its the culture. What works for u may not work for me

True but let me put it this way

Most smes cmi. Eg out of 10 sme, 7 are crap
Most mncs are good. Eg out of 10 mncs, 7 are good

At least that is what I observed

Moi worked in MNCs and now SME due to many FTs in regional office and
sinkies pwn sinkies.
Tried to applied for garment but didnt get in 10 yrs ago, could not get in. Got SME instead.
Cannot compare w garment job.

I worked 3 type of company before.

1. MNC
2. Gov ST
3. SME Local

MNC - If u are competent and do your job. No one will bother u. Not strict in enforcing.
Gov ST - Everything is procedure, paperwork and rule based. SAF day must wear uniform to office. KNS.
SME - Worst. Run by empress. Very SG kind of mentality. Aircon must off during lunch, strict hours and save here and there. You won't want to work.

Did all 3 before. In fact startup also do before. Basically all kinds of coy structures try before liao. Big ones more red tapes but structured and more stable. Small ones sometimes can pay even better and more flexible but when thing goes wrong then no rules in place to safeguard you.

All in all, no matter where U work, working life to me sucks. My only wish is don't wake up.
