every hawker centre rate is different, bidders usually will see location of hawker centre, position of the stall and do research

i usually go in the morning, noon and night see the human flow there, since my stuff is usually morning food so need to check

i know some old school hawkers, their threshold is around $2k to $2.5k max for rental solely, anything more is really tough
