As in sidelined coz u dont suck up or they just view u not as good but capability wise maybe u dont lose out? Would u leave in this situation?

then think of wat chiu can do on the side
get 2 income..

kompany think they screwing chiu.. think rike that chiu will quit but chiu have the last laff..

dont ever leave the kompnay by chiur self eg resign. let them make chiu retrench.. get $$$
