ROI very low. it's all the same since back in the past even during the Internet era.

However, energy will always be required........ just wondering what other sectors/industries worth looking into

I'll put it this way:
dotcom era: computers and internet - work with me
Now: LLMs and generative "AI" - work for me
This is a paradigm shift as to how we use technology

no what i mean is, the drop is almost certainly for all new tech adoptions. it's well documented not just for dotcom but for many other things also

now is in the hype stage without them knowing how to get back ROI
