But around my place so many bakers. Probably my side is the most cafe liao apart from siglap or holland jiak hong chu area.


In fact my place more. Haji st, ct hub, keong saik bakery then lavender area one whole stretch ll cafes and bakeries... even whampoa nearby got a few. So much competition


Wonder got what other things to make or do as sideline @daryl76 any ideas bo

really depends on what kinda customer u target, your area does have a few bakery, some cannot make it after awhile also

or u can be a part time handyman lor

Buy those electronic spin less than $20, I got mine at $10 in carousell. Use hand takes ages to whip up the cream
If u have time. One of these days u can go Mr diy in jb to buy the items and bring home try. Sometimes it's cheaper to get things from there.

well for one u need an oven, i have 3 so can pass one to u if u serious

u can either go for courses or self learn, i done both... always start with simple bakes like muffins, cookies etc to get a first hang of things

Premix is always more expensive than make from scratch. To reduce cost for business, best to ownself learn the recipe and buy the raw materials to do your own.

If ownself beat
I think what mixer can do within say 2-5 min
Human maybe need 15-35 min , make two cake will tire die
And
For mixing hearsay the experts need it to be done within x min

Sure of course we can use more time to create that effect but that diff amount in chemical reaction time will make things turn out differently: my understanding

If u make those lkk such as huat kueh or kueh bahulu nobody care the texture as much then I thk hand is ok
