Premix is always more expensive than make from scratch. To reduce cost for business, best to ownself learn the recipe and buy the raw materials to do your own.

moi start with premix is ok, even come with icing all done for chiu no need to do any extra

If she says like sai i think i bake liao can go throw to fish or birds to eat... end up waste my time and money

But first i must get the equipment.

Can start bake easy stuff with current oven... maybe less complicated things then slowly upgrade bah
