Bus terminal ones?
There is one at Joo Koon at level 1.  Usually not crowded. But very small

Pre Covid I would go to Singapore discovery centre and eat at the canteen there.  Now I dunno still open or not.

Sdc is linked to Safti. Last time always walk out of Safti via this route
