2rm Flexi is not an investment and cannot be used as an investment. In fact, you will lose money if you see as investment.

99 years 2rm lease can sell and have a chance flip.

But 2rm Flexi only for aged 55 or 65yo above and can only sell back to HDB at the same price you bought it. So there is no capital appreciation at all. And no loan allow, full payment 1 shot.

Not sure if there is a change, but usually so long 3 to 6 mths stable income should be ok alr.

But right now 2rm queue shld be quite hard since most quota allocation is given to senior citizens I think.

if chiu buyed bto they need to noe that they hab the ability to suck chiu dry wat...
if nose jod. then nose $$$ to be sucked dry..

1 yr is jin common.. otherwise ppl any how apply for jod and faster take loan and buyed the bto but nose $$$ payed due to no jod later and stayed for free
