hard to sell. play some non AAA title still ok. use it for small pc build for 4k utube

1070ti high idle power consumption. I measured idle is 13 to 14w. After changing to 4060 it dropped to 3 or 4w

it's right after 4050 in terms of lousiness. Wanted 4060ti or 4070 but couldn't bear to pay. I only need it to render games at 1080p or max 2160p for certain cases.
