In life I hv one bangla fren .. he gone back twice and come here got call n say I m here
But back then number no porting so finally he chg until I lost his number n contact alr .. if he happy n sound he ll be 6x yr old now

I alws anxious if I need to talk to someone new and I need them to do something they aren't inclined to do .. but after 1-2 try I ll be ok

I realised if nv go out for long and if go crowded places like orchard during weekends i will feel anxiety kicking in
