mtuc not under gov. if opposition win govt. ntuc will not be controlled by opposition coz it is independent of cheng hoo

mtuc is incorporated organisation, it has it own charter, rules of incorporation and own by law, own board etc. ish independent. they only need to be responsible to their board of directors.

then it is not truly transparent and independent from govt mah

e.g. last time NTUC pays CCS say 500k per yr. but is this declared anywhere when he was also minister in PMO? ministers are not supposed to hold external portfolios (in the past), now after Tharman they changed this ruling (i think for president, not sure for ministers)

if CCS/LSS was not paid in the past, why is NTUC setting a precedence to pay NCM now?

basically is they nv write the law/rule back then so cannot say people question them

just imagine the sme.. the boss son is share holder / director and also workining as coolie and sitting next to chiu.

wat is his idenity? is he board member or is he employee?
