i will still want to climb lor. i feel like i got stuck for nth coz they limiting me. being stuck at my level also means maybe nxt time kena kicked around like ball

For me work environment & happiness more important than prospects. This is almost a daily affair i need to spent half a day at work, so if not happy, really a torture.

Previously endured years in a toxic environment, bcos got too many commitments cannot suka suka leave. Now out liao will never go back or accept another toxic work environment.
