Phone drop to 99% within 1 minutes after immediately unplug at 100%

Both my new Redmi note 13 pro plus phone bought this year January 2024 and spare phone Poco X5 pro bought last year February 2023.

My always on display is always turn off only when I going to charge my phone then I turn the always on display on to see the charging battery % and turn off when charging complete.

The problem is when I unplug my phone immediately after reaching 100% my phone drop to 99% instantly within 1 minute. If I leave it plugged in longer after 100% like leave 30 seconds to 10 minutes then the phone took longer time to drop to 99% like take like between 10 minutes to 60 minutes to drop to 99% if I plugged in longer after 100%

But I Google search people say if you leave your phone plugged in for a very long time after 100% your phone battery will spoilt very fast but if I unplugged immediately after 100% my phone drop to 99% very fast.

What should I do when charging my new and old phone. Unplug immediately after 100% or when reach 100% keep it plugged it for another 5 to 10 minutes.

My old Poco X5 pro phone took between 50 minutes to less than 55 minutes to charge from 1% to 100% while my new Redmi note 13 pro plus phone took between 21 minutes to less than 25 minutes to charge from 1% to 100%

Can last whole day 10 hours screen on time with 3 hours of gaming left 15-20% on mobile data before I sleep at night.
