my car is a used car. so have to deregister the previous owner's first. sent them all docs but yet to reply other than a templated email reply.

Maybe plan a work day both here n their msia work day
take leave go ask them in person with ur auto reply case number

Make sure the app is set to Singapore in home page

In plan my trip click the three dots that's says "more"

Then you will go to the "all services page"

I realise the queue number website I downloaded yesterday is still valid.  😂

1000 onwards is for walk in
2000 onwards is for those with appointment

You will get the website in a QR code once you are there and are given a queue ticket.  But I thought I share here also cos if for some reason, you get a 2095 queue number when you arrive, you can see for today, what time 2095 gets called and you get a rough idea how long to wait
