Its getting easier but harder to start a biz

Retail is dead also... haha online biz no point. Property agents now gone case, only left driving grab.

Last time drive taxi even lazy can have 3 kids. The zoh boh lan taxi driver neighbour beside me. Lazy as f since 30s.

Got wife and parents to tank all the shit for him. House, car every mf cheap.

Now? Car 100k cannot get. House 300k cannot even smell. Around my area is all 450k and above and less than 50 yrs lease left. And PAP still say good.

Singapore citizens did the right thing by not giving birth. It's the govt that is greedy for more monies. The people sensed that and stopped providing xxr for the govt to exploit. Hence the govt import more foreigners to satiate their greedy ambitions. No matter how much sg citizens contribute to sg, it's never enough.
