various platform can always include a note that the delivery guy needs more time etc to inform customers

or they can have option for user to choose handeicapp delivery person to deliver their food for them

Company fault. Could have indicated that the one doing the delivery is handicapped.

How long/slow is it? If it takes over a certain time then I think the customer is right to be unhappy about it
