I set an order to buy TIGR at $9.80 a few weeks ago..but cancelled it liao.

No need to rush to buy TIGR at current price. But if you plan to hold long term, can get some and avg down slowly if it drops below 10..

Yes, I think TIGR is worth investing but be mindful it is a China company so any negative policy targeting China companies by the US may have dismal impact on it, be it in the short or long term. My advice is to keep a low exposure to US-listed China stocks..
