they probably changed/upgraded the forum software to xenforo because it met their policing needs...... to be able to track not just IP but had modules to install permanent cookies or whatever way to fingerprint users/clones

all these are deliberately calculated and done. they dont care if less and less people go to HWZ, they are prepared to lose members and advertisement coz it's govt owned. even if it loses money, it has become like a stat board/ministry

just out to ensure nothing bad is spoken about them online

they choose to 下刀 from hwz coz it has most people and most dissidents

if worst case scenario probably bring lawsuit to the owner...... or ban access to the forums totally like they do to some news outlets

i think spotting fake news is important.

can bash govt la. but don spawn fake news on them like simi mp eat money or which rc cheat money when there is no proof or evidence.

Modest moderating still needed la but they had overdone it with borderline abuse of power. Some mod Double standards.
Ppl throw vulgarities and insults, (which is violation of the forum rules no vulgar allowed which it was)
at me i report keep rejected
I go feedback forum raised up my issue because of this double standard
The mod made the whole thing like im the  trouble maker instead. Ask me to put him in ignore list unfollow him 
The person in question must have converse with him via pm there is no way to know I follow him
And it isn't against the rule to follow anyone.
Just want to say Some members are friends of the mods
These bunch of new mods are power abusing clowns. Kiwi was alright when he was mod
There's a saying if u want to see a person's character just give him some powers.

The ex user WhiteAnt is one stalker who finally got pban after years of stalking me.
I have been reporting her stalking and abusive language against me but keeps getting rejected
I pm cranthir but all she did was to delete her posts (to destroy evidence) and no actions. She continues her stalking and insulted etc
I was infracted instead and banned whenever she reported me

Until i pm Vijay about this clown then WhiteAnt got infracted and banned.
Subsequently i emailed hwz about this stalker and also go to the feedback forum to get admin's attention then finally WhiteAnt got what she deserved. Ended her 2 yrs of nonsense
