When I signed up for their card some 8-10y ago their customer support all r Indians local
Or call ct not sure but the good normal not good ones all r from India too. Banks r actually IT biz na

The irritating thing about stand chart is they go and close all the outlets, want to bang table also cannot. Not to mention go deposit or withdraw money so lachae.

That's the top reason why I abandoned them. Online services not best
