S$3100 to cut and uproot 2 trees

Sigh, hubby failed his insurance test. Have to retake. Dunno NTUC Income will sponsor him and let him try how many times.

He is eyeing the free S$5000 per mth for 3 mths with no quota to meet to pay for his S$15k cardioablation.

End up I will be the one buying the most policies from him.

Next mth got to attend Small Claims Tribunal to try to get back S$2k deposit to Car agent, They just replied saying they won't refund.

Then, June gotta attend JB Court for mediation with bankrupt and troublesome ex Indian tenant who is sueing us for rm300K! Dunno on what basis also since they never pay rent and RM10k + electrical bills.
