My automated gate got extra delivery charge S$200 and app control charge S$200, sigh , so now costs S$4900.

My JB roof leak guy no response, dunno how to fix the roof leak.

Brought my mum in law to see our house today. She likes our recliner leather sofa and marble dining table but complained house not windy.
