Luckily the dentist is my friend, very nice, can wait for him.
Hope bill won't be too high with CHAS orange and company 25% discount.

Last time, we saw a terrace with ensuite bedrooms near Pasir Ris, near Changi prison, very nice, about S$2.5mil I think but didn't buy because too far away from city.

Walk to busstop 15min, bus 10 min to yck mrt. but my hubby fetches me to and fro mrt, only 5min.

tbh even bukit timah i find it quite far from city. but with car faster lor, actually mrt is faster than car most of the time

got a few edmwer and my friends live at bukit timah i think last time me and another friend and some other people here also got go eat with them before. frankly speaking very inconvenient

anyway if ask me stay bukit timah also quite sian unless really got car and preferably got chauffeur

actually all those jiak hong chu estates all got problems unless u got car(s). like upper thomson, whatever kembangan, pasir ris, siglap

otherwise take mrt or take bus damn sian because last time i sent goods to a maid living there, i had to fucking walk like 10-15min out to take bus. bukit timah


unless is superbly rich until got money to burn type otherwise live in city in public housing is better

my last time also like 5 yrs ago... even with or without DTL/TEL also must walk a distance to the bus stop leh

that time the one i went to deliver stuff to the maid

need to walk 10-15min out. last time i study at katong also need to walk that long to get to bus stop

Ya, mine need to walk 15min out to busstop, my younger boy very poor thing, take more than 1 hr to get to school in Holy Innocents Hougang. Older boy Nanyang poly near YCK MRT not that far.

In the end , Dentist waive consult, CHAS and company discount cannot use.

Told he needs to remove wisdom tooth (S$200 plus) and do crowning (S$1500 plus) for cracked molar tooth. has appt tomorrow 3pm to do extraction. But no caries leh, only food trapping and gingivitis.

Luckily arcoxia 120mg relieves his pain. getting augmentin antibiotics for him.

Dad wants him to do in JB or NDC but he doesn't want.

Hopefully can extend another 10 years COE for my Toyota altis lor, without car is inconvenient.

Younger boy gotta tahan for less than 2 years then can go JC or poly already. See him sometimes very tired. And rainy day worry for him.

He got no data plan, depends on WIFI only, keep chasing him to apply for Eight SIM card.
