ur oven is professional one or what? the other day i baked cookies, i tweak recipe to add more flour end up the whole thing damn dense. regret doing so

but it was still passable and edible

Where to get the liao?
Heard many bakeries get from same factory. Then ownself put nuts, raisin...Red bean paste for variety.

haha dun need professional oven lah, most in the market will make do

recipe cannot anyhow change, it will affect the final product... go read up on baker percentage

ohhh bread maker ah? can get a second hand one, dun need spend so much on a brand new

i usually just get the common ones like butter and flour from supermarkets... more unique ones can go bake with yen or red man
