Actually I just realised I don't like the idea of dca and hold many years. But I will stick to what I invested in cspx for now.

what type of penny stocks are good for scalping?

I prefer to see instant gain and loss over a few days and doesn't like to involve too much capital to see gains.

This become like day trader liao.  U must buy more to be worth it due to the fees etc.

Must know the technicals v well to read all.

Now market too volatile to use purely technical trading.

If rly want to, then must note all the dates. Coz market tends to price in, in usual circumstances.

Trumps pattern is all of a sudden call for press conference to throw a wrench. Can suddenly go up or down.

Current marker will kill day/swing traders

I tell my older boy now good time to buy. But he scared market will crash more. He only 20 years old, advised him to buy as he has a long horizon. helped him buy a bit Nvidia for his first trade and he made a bit of money. But he doesn't have much cash, will prob buy on their behalf. Then, next time hopefully can leave them some shares like my mum left for me and my sis.

Been wanting to buy ETF for the longest time. Would u believe it that VOO is the first ETF I have bought? At a grand old age of nearly 50! So to appear less dumb, I will buy it for my kids.

By the way. VOO seems to be less tax friendly compared to cspx.

U can google to understand and compare between these 2.

Cspx started at SG 3pm in ibkr... End around 12 midnight.
I think it's the earnings part has more tax compare to cspx.. u can check it out.
US domiciled (VOO), Ireland domiciled (cspx)

If u read up both and decided VOO is still better for u hor. No wrong also. Can continue stick to VOO
