Think need to cut down front porch tree (neighbour complain encroachment and leaves falling) and backyard tree (choking toilet drainage pipe). Another S$2800 gone.

I walked home yesterday see my neighbours also don't have such large trees.

The sellers have green fingers and love plants until toilet choked also don't wanna clear the tree roots.

I complained to seller agent, he says he didn't know cause never used the toilet. Says buying is what u see is what u get. Seller claims he got water and prune the trees. But he hide the fact that toilet is badly choked prob for a long time from every one.

No wonder sell at S$600k less. Hope no major problems man. Amazing how much damage a tree can cause.
