Aiyoh, I don't wanna encourage him. He thinks he is Mr Handyman for everything. Not that I don't appreciate that but sometimes I think he overestimates his handyman abilities. Also, he wants to prune trees and climb ladder to do it. I get worried as he has AF and going for cardioablation. Sometimes his AF can be very fast like 190/min and he gets giddy and breathless.

The other day brought him to RH A/E when he had cold sweats and turned pale and giddy in the hawker centre. Turned out to be vasovagal syncope as his BP was a bit low.

Ya, another landed problem is roof leak. This terrace, I think maid's room may have leak.

My JB semi D have a few leaks, getting people to repair soon.

I calculate have about S$1 mil buffer after selling JB house to tank the mortage for about 12 years +.  Borrowed S$1.707mil. By that time, my pay should have gone up and kids can work and hubby too. So likely can keep the terrace.

See my friends mostly stay landed, I feel good to stay freehold landed also. Downgrade don't feel good. As hubby says, it should give me motivation to work.

Yesterday, hubby busy with aircon, toilet and new TV, so I took bus from MRT and walked 20min home myself. Hit over 6000 steps which is above the 5500 steps that my fitness coach set for me.
