Keep the house for appreciation in value and our networth and also next time can help our kids if they need money by selling then and downgrading.

Like our seller whose son buying HDB, he also sell to help his son.

Ya, made less than S$300k in 6 years, not good for a freehold.

But our immediate condo neighbour is very hostile towards us and fengshui no good for my health.

No lah, so far terrace neighbours quite ok. They talk to my hubby as he is mostly there.

It is previous condo neighbour that is no good.

Landed neighbours so far very private usually and not much problems.

Only next door one complain our tree encroaches into their space and a lot of leaves and flowers for them to clear daily.

ya jin ex. just lay chiurself or ask chiu rhubby to lay loh if he noe.. since chiu going sticker.. cut tiles just go buy  a cutter online..
