Yes. Usually weekday hawker, weekend  restaurant. But once detect msg, preservatives...Etc, moi run far far. In the end go familiar ones till they retire.
Western is good provided they don't tenderise with chemical. But try to be like @jim889 cook at home

And western food in pasir ris ? Wild olives? The Q super long, I rather go jiak the nonya pok pok kay beside it

Both also  ok for me but takagi they don't have ajisen crayfish ramen type of soup and their noodle different
