Ask u to trust ur mates. Like fall backwards. They say good leaders trust their team mates

I think i trusted my mum the most... but even so towards her and my dad i also have a bit of trust issues. I think they trusted me more than i trust them. Hais

I find i cannot trust anyone now. Apart from parents esp mother other people incl friends or colleagues or anyone like drs, social workers mostly i have very little trust for them to have my back

Workplace cannot, too jaded to trust anyone. Even if the other is the "nicer" bunch in the group, will mentally keep distance, if really tio stab at least heart not so pain

Colleagues very tough. Esp if the company is not stable which means everyones is on edge.

A few friends can depend on. But even then have to solve issues yourself.
