The leather sofa about rm10k plus as we chose 3 auto recliners and the marble dining set bigger than pic , is 1.5 m diameter, seats 8 people.

Gonna order floor stickers which hubby says looks very nice, like real tiles and also fix up an aircon Midea which we bought and brought in from JB.

Hubby found some ceiling leaks, getting repair man to see tomorrow.

Landed property very headache always have to deal with roof leaks.

Ya, now got 2 trees in our house hubby scared will fall and injure someone and neighbour also complain of leaves falling, hubby kpkb why I never take up their offer to cut down the trees.
